About the Application
Printopi PDS Recovery Writer is an internal administrative application used within Printopi's governed Design Studio and Product Design Management (PDM) workflow.
The application supports controlled management of Session Recovery state associated with governed design workflows. Session Recovery allows authorized Printopi operators to preserve and manage workflow continuity while maintaining the authoritative relationship between designs, versions, workflow state, and applicable recovery information.
Printopi PDS Recovery Writer is not a public application or general-purpose data-management service.
Restricted Administrative Access
Access to Printopi PDS Recovery Writer is limited to specifically authorized operators.
Authentication and authorization are handled through Google-based identity and access controls. Access to the application does not, by itself, authorize an operator to perform every operation supported by the underlying infrastructure.
Administrative capabilities are enabled only when the applicable Printopi governance, authorization, and operational controls have been satisfied.
Controlled Session Recovery Operations
The Recovery Writer infrastructure has been implemented to support narrowly defined, governed Session Recovery operations.
Its architecture supports controlled creation and closure of Session Recovery state. These operations are not available to the general public and are not exposed as unrestricted editing capabilities.
The system is designed so that Recovery operations remain subject to application authorization, workflow validation, identity validation, and Printopi's governing PDM rules.
Current Operational Availability
The technical infrastructure for the Recovery Writer has been implemented.
However, implemented infrastructure and operational authorization are separate states.
A capability may exist technically while remaining unavailable for operational use until the required authentication, authorization, validation, and governance controls have been completed and expressly authorized by Printopi.
Accordingly, this page should not be interpreted as indicating that Recovery Writer operations are currently available to any particular operator, account, or external user.
Privacy
Printopi PDS Recovery Writer processes limited information necessary to authenticate authorized operators, validate governed workflow operations, maintain Session Recovery state, and preserve appropriate operational and audit records.
